*The by-laws shall form an integral part of all Promises to Lease.

*The Lessee(s) agrees to provide a recent credit score, a recent letter of employment (with salary or recent paystubs), and their current landlord's coordinates, and understands that their Promise to Lease is conditional to the Lessors' approval of the above; otherwise it shall be rendered null and void.
